You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission. Your individual responses remain your own and are not claimed by SparkBetween.

SparkBetween is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of the Service. SparkBetween is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or sex therapy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
